By booking or receiving services at our spa ASMR Massage & Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 8 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 8 hours' notice or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee, subject to case-by-case basis.
Arrival Time
To enjoy the full value of your treatment, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to avoid delays for the next guest. If you’re running late, kindly inform our Spa concierge.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and include 7% VAT.
Refund Policy
All services, packages, memberships, gift certificates, and spa products are non-refundable.

Spa Etiquette
ASMR Company Limited respects the comfort of all guests visiting its premises. The company encourages all guests to maintain a tranquil environment by keeping noise levels low, and avoid loud and disruptive behavior for the consideration of all guests.
Consultation at Reception
The comfort and safety of guests are our priority. Upon check-in, guest will be asked to complete aform to help personalise your treatment. If you encounter language barriers, please notify our Spa Concierge to ensure proper communication with your therapist.
Children Policy
Spa treatments are designed for guests aged 12 and above. Children under 12 are only permitted if receiving a booked service with parental or guardian consent. ASMR Massage & Wellness offers spaces for children to rest and relax. However the company does not provide child-minding services.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service prices. Guests who wish to tip massage therapists (typically 10–20%), please do so at the reception. Gratuities may be provided in cash via tipping envelopes.
Disclaimer
Spa treatments and services are provided for relaxation and general wellness and are not substitutes for professional medical care. Guests agree to hold ASMR Company Limited, its employees, agents, and suppliers harmless from any liabilities, losses, or claims arising from spa usage.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Medical Disclosure
Guests are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions before receiving treatment. These include, but are not limited to:

Diabetes or other chronic conditions
ASMR Company Limited strongly recommends guests consult their physicians prior to reservations booking if they have any medical concerns. ASMR Company Limited and its staff are not liable for any outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions or client negligence.
Contraindications for Massage
Massage spa treatments may not be suitable under certain health conditions. Please do not book a massage if you currently have:

A fever above 38.5°C or any acute infection

Skin conditions, open wounds, or chronic ulcers

Uncontrolled heart conditions, hypertension, or diabetes with symptoms such as fainting, palpitations, or nausea

Recent surgical wounds

Broken or fractured bones
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is available only for guests with written consent from their physician and with no medical complications. If in doubt, please contact our spa concierge before booking.
Relative Contraindications
Guests with the following conditions may receive therapeutic massage only, and must contact the spa to clarify in order to determine a suitable booking:
