Coffee, Single Origin - Liger [Honey Processed]
Strong for a fruity style, while the berry notes come with very mild acidity. Easy yet with character.

Harvested at an elevation of 1,400m, this bean uses the honey process. It has the clean & bright profile similar to wet processed beans, and the fruitiness of natural processed beans. The sticky mucilage covering the seeds are left intact during the drying. Mucilage, a honey-like substance, in the honey process enhances the body & sweetness while reducing the acidity.
A rare seasonal bean from Northern Thailand, worth experiencing while stocks last.
