Coffee, Medium Roast - Peaberry [Single-seed Mutation]

Leathery, medium roast with peppery finish, distinctive without being pretentious. It also boasts of chocolate & Asian herbs & spices, finishing subtlety with bright notes of stone fruits.

A peaberry is a natural mutation that occurs in 5% of coffee beans - instead of the normal 2 seeds to a coffee cherry, it’s only a single seed, resulting in smaller & rounder beans which some believe to possess uniquely complex flavours.

Coffee, Medium Roast - Tutty Fruity [Natural Process]

Powdery woody with mild acidity & chocolatey notes, and hints of pineapple jam & prune. This is a blended coffee using the Natural Process, which tends to impart fruity, molasses-y flavours.

Natural Process - coffee cherries goes into the drying without removing the fruit from the bean, which is the most traditional method. The artisanal approach adds a subtle fermented flavour.
